Orders are accepted by phone, email, through one of our agents or through our website

We can produce your designs with your own branding. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Minimum commercial quantities apply for bespoke items.


Orders to our website are processed within about 3 working days. If, for any reason, an item becomes unavailable after payment is taken we will refund in full the value of the item/s.


Our published prices are ex-VAT. Standard rate VAT will be added to your invoice. Discounts on large quantities are available – please contact our Sales Manager.


Orders over £200 ex-VAT of items in stock are delivered free of charge on a standard 3 day service. For orders under this amount a shipping charge will be applied, the value of which will be made clear at time of purchase. Other shipping options are available for faster delivery – these are chargeable.


We operate within Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a product please notify us within 7 working days of receipt and return it to us within 30 days of receipt in the same condition you received it. We will then provide a full refund or replacement of like for like. We do not ship different items to the same value of returned goods. All return costs are at the customer's own expense.

After delivery you are responsible for protecting goods against loss or damage.


If you wish to cancel a confirmed order prior to despatch we will endeavour to help. However, in certain circumstances, we may have to issue a credit note to be used against future purchases.
